		<description>Excellent post. One of the things I have struggled with is physicians who want to be promoted but don&#039;t have the capacity for extra patient volume. If this is the case, advertising is only going to frustrate potential patients who can&#039;t get in to see the doctor. And frustrated patients are not happy patients - and not likely to generate positive word-of-mouth.
